TERMS OF OUR AGREEMENT

Poop Scoop Pawtrol is an independently owned, locally operated company.  When hiring Poop Scoop Pawtrol you agree to, and can expect the following

•  We will enter your property to perform the services requested.  It is customer’s responsibility to supply the access to the area where the service is needed.  If for some reason we are unable to access the area, service will be skipped and charges will still apply.  We will not climb over or under anything to gain access.
• It is also the customer’s responsibility to make sure the working conditions in area are acceptable for Poop Scoop Pawtrol to perform the services.  Some things that could hinder our abilities to perform the service would be excessively tall grass or large of amounts of leaves.  This could cause us to miss some poop.
• Waste will be double bagged and left in your garbage can if accessible, if not will be left outside the service area. If you want us to take the waste with us an additional charge will apply.
• As long is your dog is friendly, they are welcome in the service area when we are there.
• We will do our best to work with all of Wisconsin’s changing weather conditions, however, we cannot perform the service in extreme weather conditions such as thunderstorms, snow storms, extreme winds or excessive temperatures.  If we need to reschedule due to weather related issues, we will do our best to reschedule in that same week.  If we cannot perform the service in that week, we will return on our next scheduled visit.  You will not be charged for the missed appointment if rescheduled due to weather related issues.
• Prices are based on a per dog basis with a yard equal or less than 1/3 acre.  Additional charges will apply for multiple dogs, or larger lots.
• For customers that we are servicing regularly, you will be invoiced on the 1st of the month for the upcoming month’s services.
• For one time cleanings payment is due at time of service.
• For customers that we service regularly, a Spring cleaning charge WILL NOT be applied For customers that stop services for the winter, and resume again in Spring, a Spring cleaning charge WILL be applied.
• We do not perform services on Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, or New Years Day.
